Miami‘s Arte Surfside has just listed its conceptual Villa Nove combo penthouse for $38 million USD. Designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio, Arte Surfside is home to the likes of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner and is an exclusive small-scale complex with only 16 residences.
Villa Nove is made up of the full 9th floor and half of the 8th floor for a total of three residences combined as one at the Arte Surfside. The unit sees 8,193 interior square feet and 3,710 exterior square feet, with a 360-degree terrace, massive closets, a master suite with a bar, dressing room and beauty parlor, six bedrooms, seven and a half baths, a wine room, theatre, and space for an office or home gym. The building itself has amenities like a 75-foot indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool and beachfront meditation pond, a rooftop tennis court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga studio, a sauna, and a steam room.
While the price is $38 million USD, there is the option for those who do not require such a large home to purchase only the bottom floor of the furnished penthouse unit for $23.25 million USD instead.
