PAMPSHADE by Yukiko Morita's NAAAAN Clocks Are Actually Made of Naan Bread
Inspired by Salvador Dali’s celebrated ‘The Persistence of Memory’ painting.

For bread lovers, carb crafter PAMPSHADE by Yukiko Morita is expanding its range of creations with a clock made of bread.
Known for its Bread Lamps, the Japanese name has now put together a timepiece inspired by Salvador Dali’s celebrated The Persistence of Memory painting. The NAAAAN Time clocks are made of actual naan bread treated with an antimicrobial treatment that allows them to be displayed as striking functional decorations. The real working clock components help the leavened flatbread, popular in Western Asia, India, Indonesia, Myanmar and the Caribbean, look like one of Dali’s melting clocks.
Priced at $81 USD, the NAAAAN Time clock is available now for pre-order before the official release April 4 on PAMPSHADE by Yukiko Morita’s website alongside the new Tiny Roll and Round Top Toast Bread Lamp.
