The British Royal Family Is Considering Hiring a "Diversity Chief"

It has just been revealed that the royal family is looking to step up its diversity awareness following Meghan Markle and Prince Harry‘s revealing interview on Oprah.
A source close to the royal family revealed that “lots of measures are being considered,” for someone to spearhead the addressing of diversity and inclusion across the three households. This could even mean hiring a “diversity chief.” While Prince William has confirmed that the British family is “very much not a racist family,” the source mentioned that diversity training could be better and that they are always willing to accept that improvements can be made.
