Since the Halloween festivities are done with, we can all start to prepare for the last remaining holidays of 2021 now that November has officially commenced. And over the course of the coming days there’s a ton of sneaker brands that are looking to start the month off on the right foot from adidas to Nike to Vans and more, but let’s first get you all up to speed on all of the best sneaker news that sprung up last week.

HYPEBEAST’s weekly Sole Mates series returned with a new installment that involved a conversation with Eric “Shake” James about his ties to the ever-classic adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 “Turtledove.” Additionally, we had the chance to catch up with Heron Preston about his technologically-advanced 3D-printed shoe manufacturer for our newest What the Tech editorial series piece.

As usual, a plethora of footwear-related news surfaced last week. Nike released official images of the SB Dunk Low “Chlorophyll,” unveiled a playful collaboration with Giannis Antetokounmpo and UNO for the card game’s 50th anniversary, provided first looks at the upcoming Off-White™ x Nike Air Force 1 Mid colorways and more. On the Jordan Brand side, the label revealed the Air Jordan 11 “Animal Instinct” in detail, gave us a preview of the Air Jordan 1 Hi ‘85 “Georgetown” and sparked rumors of an Air Jordan 2 collection with UNION LA.

adidas had a few major headlines to acknowledge as well. For the latest on its initiatives with Kanye West, the Three Stripes confirmed that the adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 “Static” is slated to return in 2022, showed off the new YEEZY SLIDE “Ochre” iteration that introduces a patterned upper for the first time and teased the Prada x adidas Originals Forum Low in “Triple Black.” Elsewhere in the footwear industry, Dejounte Murray and New Balance dropped off his newest 327 collection and Vans and BAPE announced an inaugural collaboration.

Now that we have you all updated, let’s dive into this week’s top 10 releases here below. And when you’ve had your fix, don’t forget to browse through HBX for more footwear styles.

Seasonal hues of brown, beige and green also make this very fitting for this time of the year.

adidas EQT 30th Anniversary Pack

Release Date: November 3
Release Price: $100-130 USD
Where to Buy: adidas
Why You Should Cop: To keep the 30th anniversary of EQT rolling, adidas is reissuing OG colorways of the EQUIPMENT Running 93, EQUIPMENT CSG 91 and EQUIPMENT Race Walk as well as introducing a fresh retro model in the EQUIPMENT Prototype. Each installment arrives with a white, black, grey and green palette in an effort to best honor the origins of one of the Three Stripes’ most important impactful sneaker lineages.

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Noise Aqua”

Release Date: November 4
Release Price: $160 USD
Where to Buy: SNKRS
Why You Should Cop: Patta has swiftly inserted itself back into the spotlight thanks to its recent collaboration with Nike. The two parties have reconnected to introduce a fresh “Noise Aqua” makeup, and it’s now gearing up for its official debut on SNKRS. Despite the pack’s “Monarch” makeup carrying a more classic look, this latest iteration certainly appears more aligned with the wavy motif that it expresses due to its oceanic accents.

Air Jordan 14 Low “Shocking Pink”

Release Date: November 4
Release Price: $170 USD
Where to Buy: SNKRS and Foot Locker
Why You Should Cop: Hot off the heels of dropping the Air Jordan 14 Low with a winter-equipped upper, Jordan Brand is showing even more love to the silhouette’s low-cut version by dropping it off a striking “Shocking Pink” colorway for the ladies. For those looking for something a little louder to add to their rotation, these will surely get the job done as the shaggy suede side panels are dialed to its titular shade while complementary notes of black sit on the Jordan badges and inner bootie.

thisisneverthat x Converse Chuck 70 Hi and One Star

Release Date: November 4
Release Price: $110 USD
Where to Buy: Converse
Why You Should Cop: Korea-based label thisisneverthat has been bouncing around many different footwear brands for collaborative projects including that of Crocs, HOKA ONE ONE and New Balance, and now it’s lent its creative touch to Converse for new takes atop the Chuck 70 Hi and One Star. The former pair is crafted with off-white suede uppers and comes dressed with pre-aged midsoles to achieve a rustic, vintage effect. The latter adheres to a more understated theme as its nubuck uppers come supplied with a dark navy shade while the bottom pieces are treated with black backdrops and intentional scuff marks.

A-COLD-WALL* x Dr. Martens 1461

Release Date: November 4 (ACW) and November 6 (Dr. Martens)
Release Price: $230 USD
Where to Buy: A-COLD-WALL* and Dr. Martens
Why You Should Cop: A-COLD-WALL* and Dr. Martens are joining forces for the third occasion to introduce an elevated take of the classic 1461 model. These two parties first worked on this same silhouette back in August with the launch of a “Graphite” colorway, but this time around the shoes adhere to a smooth black leather upper. This pair differentiates itself from the last as it has actual laces as opposed to a zippered closure. “ACW” branding lands on the lateral panels in white font, and the sole units are formed with an icy tint. Additionally, metallic silver bolts show face on the mid-foot and around the heels.

Saquon Barkley x Nike Air Trainer 3

Release Date: November 4
Release Price: $140 USD
Where to Buy: SNKRS
Why You Should Cop: Saquon Barkley has had himself a rough season thus far due to grueling injuries, but this week he’ll have a product initiative to look forward to: the release of his collaborative Nike Air Trainer 3. The kicks are styled with various elements related to New York and the talented running back. Reflective detailing nods to the Big Apple’s construction zones and Barley’s persona lightning logo is attached to the heels of the shoes. Additionally, his jersey number “26” makes its way onto the tongues and two black stripes grace over the left shoe’s Swooshes to represent the eyeblack he wears in games.

Nike Dunk Low “Georgetown”

Release Date: November 5
Release Price: $100 USD
Where to Buy: SNKRS
Why You Should Cop: Nike is pumping out fresh Dunk colorways like there’s no tomorrow, and next up on the brand’s release calendar is the Dunk Low “Championship Grey.” This iteration is designed to honor the Georgetown Hoyas, but even if you’re not a supporter of the D.C.-based institution, the neutral tones here certainly make this a simple and versatile sneaker to keep in rotation all-year round.

Palace Skateboards x Vans SK8-Hi

Release Date: November 5
Release Price: TBC
Where to Buy: Palace
Why You Should Cop: Following the success of their inaugural Authentic collection that released over the Summer, Palace Skateboards and Vans are teaming up once more for a trifecta of collaborative Sk8-His. The palettes include “Black/Blue,” “Marshmallow” and “Yellow,” all of which are ornamented with trippy mushroom graphics, co-branded tongue patches, and checkerboard-patterned hang tags.

COMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS x Nike Air Foamposite One

Release Date: November 5
Release Price: $520 USD
Where to Buy: Dover Street Market
Why You Should Cop: Let’s be real, Foamposites have been out of style for a few years now, but Comme des Garçons HOMME PLUS is looking to change that. In an attempt to reignite the fire behind the classic hoops silhouette, the Japanese label has completely revamped the model with an intricate upper that mimics the aesthetic of a zen garden. Two tonal colorways including a white and a black are involved in this capsule, both of which are priced at a handsome $520 USD a piece.
