VETEMENTS Honors Motörhead's 'The Wörld Is Yours' Tour With Vivid Graphics
The Joe Petagno-designed ‘Snaggletooth’ returns.
VETEMENTS has signed on Motörhead for a set of heavy metal-inspired pieces from its seasonal lineup. Following a monochromatic T-shirt and a pair of shorts, the two are back with a long-sleeve and hoodie, this time in color.
Printed over black, both pieces feature graphics that reference the band’s 2010 world tour and its 20th album The Wörld Is Yours. Emblazoned at the front of each piece is a metallic iteration of VETEMENTS’ logo, stamped just above a large image of the band’s Snaggletooth skull motif. The skull is layered over a silhouette of the globe, depicted with electricity radiating from the motif’s aggressive expression. “The Wörld Is Yours” appears directly below the imagery, while “Motörhead” branding, placed across both sleeves, completes the vivid design.
The Motörhead x VETEMENTS’ long-sleeve and hoodie are currently available on SSENSE’s website for $560 USD and $925 USD, respectively.
