Run The Jewels' New "Out of Sight" Music Video Transforms Into an Art Museum Heist
Featuring additional vocals from 2 Chainz.
Run The Jewels released one of the most timely records of the year thus far, pushing the release date of RTJ4 forward to better align with the Black Lives Matter protests sweeping the country. What resulted was another certified classic from Killer Mike and El-P full of political unrest, demands for change and continued chemistry. Today the duo returns with the new visual for “Out of Sight” featuring 2 Chainz, directed by Ninian Doff.
The visual is centered around a museum heist with The Jewels’ rapping heads transposed on classic renaissance paintings as if they were ghosts on Hogwarts’ interior walls. The music video also stars the cast and characters of the latest Amazon Original movie Get Duked! as they attempt to steal the RTJ4 hands from the album artwork, a 3D sculpture that was created by artist Tim Saccenti. “Out of Sight” follows RTJ’s “Ooh La La” music video from April.
