Slinky Snakes Define YOON's AMBUSH x BVLGARI Serpenti Capsule

Continuing to reinvent its iconic image, BVLGARI recently tapped designer Yoon of AMBUSH for its “Serpenti Through The Eyes Of” limited-edition collection.

Introduced through a campaign led by supermodel Bella Hadid, the AMBUSH x BVLGARI Serpenti capsule sees Yoon reinterpret the iconic snake for the Italian house. Yoon says, “For this capsule collection I wanted to express the bold and contemporary character of Serpenti. Snakes are wondrous and fascinating creatures of nature but with BVLGARI they also became a symbol of glamour in constant evolution. Natural beauty meets human creation, all guided by a contemporary aesthetic.”

The special range is comprised of three bags, coin cases, credit cardholders and the iconic Serpenti bracelet. Throughout her reimagination, Yoon looked to express the BVLGARI Serpenti with bold colors and soft shapes for a pop-culture fueled aesthetic.

Leading the carrying options is the Serpenti Shoulder Bag complete with a top handle and detachable shoulder strap attached to a soft quilted body with metallic details. The Serpenti Belt Bag carries the same sentiments, while the Serpenti Minaudiere explores a heart-shape and comes in aluminum with a cord shoulder strap and tassels. Rounding up the capsule is Yoon’s take on the three-coil Serpenti bracelet crafted of Nappa leather, coin cases and credit cardholders that continue the bright and bold colorways.

The AMBUSH x BVLGARI Serpenti capsule is available now for pre-order on BVLGARI’s website.
