adidas Originals’ adilette has attempted to become a Superstar and a Micropacer in its past, and now the favored slide is trying to masquerade as a ZX 8000 “Aqua.”

The adilette does more than just adopt the ZX 8000’s classic blue, yellow, and purple colorway — it also sports a print of the aforementioned sneaker on its footbed in a 3D effect, showing everything from the lacing system to its retro adidas branding and the toe box.

Elsewhere, the slide features three multicolored stripes across its strap and it even sports adidas branding, along with a Trefoil logo, on its midsole. A black outsole with round pressure points completes the retro-inspired pair.

Take a look at the adidas Originals adilette “ZX 8000 Aqua” in the gallery above, and head over to 43einhalb now where it can be yours for approximately $71 USD.

In related news, adidas is ready to debut the YEEZY SLIDE in “Core” and “Soot.”
