LI-NING Presents Eight Futuristic and Technical Sneakers for FW20
From streamlined runners to GORE-TEX terrain-tackling kicks.

The Chinese sportswear company LI-NING is on a roll for Fall/Winter 2020, having recently teased its collaboration with Soulland and now offering eight new sneakers for pre-order.
First up from the futuristically visioned label is the Windranger. This silhouette is almost nearly identical to one of those teased in the aforementioned Soulland collaboration. It’s a streamlined, technical running sneaker made from a breathable fabric and features lace-up fastening with a translucent overlay panel sitting on top, as well as contrasting trims and an EVA rubber sole unit. It appears in in yellow or white, and is the most contemporary-feeling sneaker in the eight-piece line-up.
Contrasting this aesthetic is the Titan Halo — a ripstop, mesh and rubber-covered sneaker that utilizes the imprints unique PavTRAC agility technology. The Titan Halo is a chunky sneaker and heavily taps into the trail hiking trend that the footwear industry has been championing as of late.
LI-NING continues the FW20 line-up with two Furious Rider Ace Element sneakers. This pair is much more understated, appearing in glossy black or a muted, fall-ready tan colorway. The Furious Rider Ace Element is equipped with a compression-molded Phylon outsole for stability and durable hiking-style laces, as well as small iridescent panels for a playful finishing touch.
Rounding out the collection is a trio of Arc Ace sneakers — with one being reworked with GORE-TEX materials. The first two are served in either black with iridescent trims or white with black detailing, while the GORE-TEX pair is unlike anything we’ve previously seen from LI-NING.
The final Arc Ace GORE-TEX shoe is crafted from layered panels of nylon and TPU in a ripstop weave, featuring rubber and a compression-molded sole for grip and shock-absorption. GORE-TEX technology makes the sneaker hard-weather-resistant, while a tactile rope lacing system with pull-tags ensures a snug, secure fit that will also prevent the outside getting in.
LI-NING’s FW20 footwear collection is available for pre-order on LN-CC’s website. Prices range from $195 USD to $270 USD, and pairs are expected to be shipped out from October 2020.
