fragment design Issues Exclusive Tumblers and Tees for Starbucks Rayard Miyashita Park Opening
Commemorating the new space with exclusive Hiroshi Fujiwara-designed merch.

With new outposts from BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS’ Masafumi Watanabe and Hender Scheme, Tokyo’s new Rayard Miyashita Park shopping center is turning into quite the destination. Like all good malls it has its very own Starbucks, which is launching with a special assortment of exclusive fragment design merch.
Like the duo’s previous partnerships, fragment and starbucks have prepared a set of bespoke bottles and tumblers alongside a new selection of graphic T-shirts. Like the new standalone Starbucks store, the fragment design creations are effortlessly simple and understated.
“MYST” — shorthand for Miyashita Park — graces each of the beverage holders, accompanied by “FRGMT” text, lightning bolt branding and embossed Starbucks logos. The tees are even more minimal than the cups, setting identical text atop matching monochrome bases. Unfortunately, the fragment-branded seats seen in the new establishment are not for sale.
The new Starbucks location opens today at Shibuya’s Rayard Miyashita Park, the only place that fans can snag the exclusive fragment goods.
Most recently, fragment design partnered with TAG Heuer and Steiff for soon-to-sell-out exclusives.
