DaBaby Taps Stunna 4 Vegas For New "No Dribble" Music Video
An energetic homage to basketball’s return later this week.
Dababy has had the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for nearly two months thanks to his collaboration with Roddy Ricch in “Rockstar”. Baby is undoubtedly one of the biggest superstars in hip-hop today (there’s a reason why Jack Harlow strategically tapped him for his “WHATS POPPIN” Remix in an effort to dethrone him on the charts). Today DaBaby returns for his new visual for “No Dribble” featuring fellow North Carolina rapper Stunna 4 Vegas.
It doesn’t look like DaBaby is all too worried about coronavirus quarantining either, as a group of 20+ people dance in the background. This mirrors his recent club shows throughout July 4th weekend. As problematic as those decisions are, it does show just how many people are willing to risk infection just to see the man perform live. DaBaby’s usual collaborators Reel Goats handle directorial duties as Stunna lingers in the background with countless pounds of weed.
Baby showcases some serious carrying in the dribbling department and the duo rep their love of teal 1990s NBA throwbacks in their respective wardrobe selections. He even mimics popping a pimple on Stunna’s face which my go down as the first time that’s ever happened in a music video. The track is bouncy representation of both emcee’s energetic qualities and it fits right into the middle-ground of DaBaby’s incredible run of singles and guest verses over the past year. That’s not even counting critically-acclaimed full-lengths Kirk and Blame It on Baby.
