Pyer Moss and Reebok have presented a new Experiment 4 Fury Trail “Innocence Project.” Pyer Moss is using this release to support the Innocence Project, a nonprofit organization that aims to reform the US’s criminal justice system and exonerate wrongfully convicted individuals through DNA testing. PM founder Kerby Jean-Raymond has long been an outspoken proponent of social justice and equality. In years past, he started his SS16 show with a video on police brutality and called out Business of Fashion for exploitive practices, so using his latest Trail Fury to raise awareness and funds for a worthy organization comes as no surprise.

Unlike past “Glory” and SS20 colorways, this charitable Fury Trail puts forth a simple color palette. Mesh uppers are dressed in black, while shaggy suede overlays — in place of the standard full leather accents — sit somewhere between black and ultra dark grey while also equipping white contrast stitching. Heels, throat sheaths, eyestays and forefoot Reebok branding are done up in white. Heel tabs take on Pyer Moss’s signature yellow, with a second dash of vibrance supplied by pink collar trim. Down below, black Instapump Fury midsoles with modified trail tread round off the look.

The Pyer Moss x Reebok Experiment 4 Fury Trail “Innocence Project” is set to release exclusively on the Pyer Moss webstore come July 3. A retail price has not yet been announced but will likely be $250 USD, in line with past models.

Looking for more Reebok collaborations? If you’re got a soft spot for the Instapump Fury — and $760 USD to spare — you’ll likely enjoy Vetements’ latest collaborative iteration.
