To celebrate Pride month, Nike is releasing a reworked Air Zoom Pegasus 37 sneaker, the latest addition to the brand’s “BETRUE” footwear initiative.

Designed to allow its wearers to both commemorate Pride and pay tribute to the LGBTQIA+ community, the Air Zoom Pegasus 37 “BETRUE” features an embellished gradient rainbow element and a matching Swoosh logo.

Details on the tongue and eyelet adds to the shine and style of the sneaker, while the Nike React Foam and Zoom Air cushioning ensure they’re comfortable. The sneakers also feature a “BETRUE” logo on the tongue and sole unit.

The pair are a marked contrast from most Pride merchandise, with little in the way of overt rainbow detailing and a more subtle aesthetic coming to the forefront.

A global release date for the sneakers is yet to be announced, but they are available now from the Nike HK web store for $999 HKD.

In other news, Nike has released the new Pegasus Trail 2 in a “Dark Smoke Grey” colorway.
