The Daytona is fitted with caliber 4130, a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement developed and manufactured by Rolex. It’s a less-complicated, more reliable movement that saves space, making it possible to include larger mainsprings and for it to deliver 72 hours of power reserve.
All of this is now housed in a custom MAD Paris design. The body is finished in matte black, which is complemented by an exhibition case on the rear showing the movement inside, as well as a sapphire crystal dial cover. On the blue-tinted face, you’ll find three sub-dials, gold-toned MAD Paris and Rolex branding, as well as hour, minute, and second hands.
Rounding out the design is an engraved bezel, a raised Rolex crown on the clasp, and MAD Paris branding on the rear of the watch.
