Ferrari Showcases SF90 Stradale in Short Film 'Le Grand Rendez-Vous'
Capturing the marque’s most powerful model in Monaco.
Ferrari has taken its most powerful car to date, the SF90 Stradale, to the streets of Monaco in a short film titled Le Grand Rendez-Vous.
The film was directed by Claude Lelouch and sees the SF90 Stradale take on the Monaco Grand Prix circuit, which would have been held on May 23 and 24. At the beginning of the film, Lelouch captures the mise en scène of Monaco during the coronavirus pandemic — flower markets and casinos are depicted alongside a cast wearing face protection and keeping their distance.
Le Grand Rendez-Vous soon switches pace and sees Scuderia driver Charles Leclerc rip around Monaco in the supercar. The film was put together using six iPhone 11 Pros, nine Go Pros, and one Sony Venice Camera, which altogether captures the Ferrari’s immense power and speed.
The SF90 Stradale has 986 HP and 590 lb-ft of torque thanks to the combination of a four-liter turbocharged V8 and three electric motors. Watch it in action above.
