For Fall/Winter 2020, the Japanese label and wander has reunited with Salomon for a high-cut reflective sneaker, designed for both comfort and support on long walks and uneven terrain.

This marks the third time the two brands have worked together in as many seasons, with the most recent coming earlier this year when they teamed up for a streamlined iteration of the Salomon XA Amphib Bold. For FW20 though, the focus turns towards battling harsher conditions, with a sneaker that emphasises functionality.

Featuring a rocker-shaped sole with a fine grit outsole, alongside shock-absorption materials in the heel, this is a shoe made to last. Thanks to its waterproof, mesh upper and integrated gaiter and zipper, the ankle is also covered, making for more support and improved protection on foot.

The latest and wander x Salomon sneakers are expected to arrive September 2020 alongside the and wander FW20 apparel collection, with more details on price and stockists expected in the coming weeks.

In other news, AVNIER and Salomon has linked up for a “Mirage Effect” sneaker.
