We are of course talking about the Louis Vuitton Soft Trunk. Carrying a bit of DNA from Nicolas Ghesquière along with inspiration from the classic Petite Malle, the Soft Trunk is a playful way to carry your personal belongings while making a statement.

With the help of Virgil Abloh, the Soft Trunk’s prevalence is at an all-time high, and available in a number of colors and materials. The 10” x 7” x 4” bag features a soft-body construction that’s accented with metal hardware, a top zip closure, an internal duo flat pocket, leather corners, an S-lock, and a removable leather strap.

While many have come to love the monochrome releases in black and white Taurillon cowhide leather, Louis Vuitton has unveiled the full range of iterations — 10 to be exact. The range of Soft Trunks now spans from a multitude of colors and materials like Monogram-coated canvas, resilient opaque PVC,  cowhide leather, denim, Eclipse-coated canvas, Monogram-embroidered seethrough mesh, Taiga leather, Monogram Prism plastic, and finally, premium crocodile skin.
