The Game Honors Kobe Bryant and Nipsey Hussle in "Welcome Home" Music Video
A track from his November 2019 album, ‘Born 2 Rap.’
The Game pays homage to the late Kobe Bryant and Nipsey Hussle in an accompanying music video for “Welcome Home,” a track off his November 2019 album Born 2 Rap.
Directed by Seen Film’s Stefano Bertelli, the animated visual sees The Game in a Los Angeles burger joint while Hussle raps his part of the track sitting down on top of his Marathon Clothing store. Snippets of Bryant playing basketball alone and with Hussle also weave in and out of the music video.
Born 2 Rap clocked in at an hour and a half with 25 tracks, including guest features from Ed Sheeran, Travis Barker, Trey Songz, Dom Kennedy, Bryson Tiller, 21 Savage, Chris Brown, Miguel and Masego.
