Takahiro Miyashita‘s eponymous avant-garde label TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist. has released a bevy of musically-inspired T-shirts from his Spring/Summer 2020 collection.
The pieces play on three niche genres of music, ranging from “Dark Ambient” and “Symphonic” to the more popular “Gospel.” Each genre is spelled out and comes with their dictionary-approved pronunciation displayed alongside the bold-printed word, tapping the formal literary format.
On the rear, you’ll find the definition of each word printed on the back, as well as a link to listen to TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist.’s take on “Dark Ambient,” “Symphonic” and “Gospel” music. The Japanese imprint’s moniker graces the left arm on the cuff of the T-shirts, and all the way along the sleeve on the long sleeve offering.
All three T-shirts are produced using soft cotton jersey and are available in either white or black.
