After first appearing in a zebra and cheetah-inspired style, New Balance‘s made-in-England “Animal Pack” 1500 lineup has gained another member: a zebra-equipped iteration. Combining supple materials with patterns from animals both wild and domesticated, this makeup marks another excursion into largely uncharted territory for a silhouette typically known to present subtle, elegant palettes.

Zebra print is swathed across the quarter panel overlays, while a dotted fur directly underneath provides contrast. The rest of the upper is dressed in either black leathers, suedes or meshes. Various white New Balance embroidered hits pop off the dark base, and a silver N rimmed with white on the midfoot serves as a center point for all the other pieces. Down below, ENCAP midsoles are split between white and gray rubber with dashes of black. Black rubber outsoles provide a finishing touch of style.

The New Balance 1500 “Animal Pack” retails for $220 USD, and is available now at stockists like Premier.
