Poggy Recruits NEEDLES, TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist. and Maison Mihara Yasuhiro for Exclusive Collabs
Special goods for Isetan’s POGGY’S BOX shop-in-shop.

Motofumi “Poggy” Kogi is rolling out more collaborative goods for his forthcoming “POGGY’S BOX” shop-in-shop at Isetan Shinjuku. Heavyweight partners, including NEEDLES, TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist. and Maison Mihara Yasuhiro are serving up special goods executed in a thematic motif exclusive to Poggy’s new temporary outpost.
Supreme‘s head graphic designer, Peter Paquin, designed a series of distinctive rat graphics for Poggy, taking cues from McDonald’s mascot Grimace and the lyrics to “Train Train” (originally stylized as “リンダ リンダ”) by Japanese punks The Blue Hearts, a song that Poggy has kept on repeat for over three decades. They first graced a series of premium Anonyme Paris accessories, Now, they dance across a host of unique wearables provided by each of the contributors, tying the distinctive designs together.
NEEDLES served up a duo of bespoke track suits emblazoned with the pattern, offered in both green and black iterations. TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist., meanwhile, placed the imagery across a trim double-breasted blazer, complete with three buttons on either side. Finally, Maison Mihara Yasuhiro provided beige mid- and low-top iterations of its popular warped “Original Sole” sneaker. Other in-store drops will include goods from patchwork specialist MIYAGIHIDETAKA, FDMTL and hat label THE H.W. DOG&CO., with home goods provided by Japanese interior design company LOWYA.
POGGY’s BOX is set to launch at Isetan Shinjuku on March 11.
Elsewhere, TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist. launched a new range of Mickey Mouse-emblazoned layering pieces.
