Teasing its latest New Balance collaboration over the course of two weeks, Aimé Leon Dore now showcases, in action, its colorful take on the rarely-seen 827 with a short one-minute video piece.
In the above montage, we get a glimpse of not one but three pairs of the 827, as two young men take them for an early morning run through a dawning New York. We’ve already seen the white and yellow pairs, both in retro-styled campaign imagery and the former in Founder Teddy Santis’ hand, but this is our first look at a majority red set that completes the triumvir. What’s more is that we even get a look at co-branding athletic apparel to match the red, green, yellow and blue color theme.
There’s still no word on when or how Aimé Leon Dore’s New Balance 827 collection will drop, but we can certainly expect to see more information announced this week.
