Evian & Virgil Abloh Debut "Activate Movement" Collection and Competition
Offering a grant to sustainability-focused design and innovation projects.

After teasing the latest release recently, Evian and Virgil Abloh — the brand’s Creative Advisor for Sustainable Innovation Design — have continued their ongoing collaboration with the arrival of the new “Activate Movement” collection. The capsule sees the Off-White™ and Louis Vuitton designer debut an exclusive 750ml glass bottle as well as two colored SOMA refillable bottles.
The design of the glass bottle features an infinite loop of droplets, chosen to represent how small actions can play an important role in creating change. Announcing the collection, Virgil said, “I believe that every little thing you do can change the status quo. That’s what inspired the “Activate Movement” collection because a single drop can be the starting point of positive change. Every idea has to start somewhere, so we were thinking what if we could create that place? A place to empower the new generation.”
Additionally, Evian is set to launch the “Activate Movement Program,” which allows 18-35 year olds to win a grant for their sustainability-focused design and innovation projects. All entries — made by scanning a QR code on the glass bottles or visiting the Evian site — will then be judged by an expert panel including Virgil Abloh and members of the Evian team. The latest initiative is part of Evian’s commitment to becoming a 100% circular brand by 2025.
