adidas‘s 4D Run 1.0 is a future-forward lifestyle runner that utilizes some of the Trefoil’s most advanced performance innovations, and now it’s appeared in a “Footwear White/Core Black” colorway with a technical print. Blending bold accents with a stark base, this new iteration of the 4D Run 1.0 is vastly different from its crisp “Big Game” and psychedelic “Signal Coral” counterparts.

Mixing a woven white mesh base with black accents, the upper’s main detail arrives by way of a dotted print that starts on the heel before cascading onto the throat, midfoot and toebox. Solid black Three Stripe branding appears on both the lateral and medial midfoot, while fused clear overlays on the toebox and black overlays on the heel cage add more texture. Bright “Signal Coral” hits on the heel clip and tongue badge provide a little colorful flair as well.

Cushioning is handled by a signature “Aero Green” 4D midsole, printed using adidas’s advanced Digital Light Synthesis technology. This latticed structure provides long-lasting cushion and support while playing up — and contrasting — the upper’s tech-focused look even further. Black rubber outsoles finalize the stylings.

The adidas 4D Run 1.0 “Footwear White/Core Black” will release at retailers like BSTN on March 1, and is priced at $250 USD.
