Nike's Rhyodomo GTX GORE-TEX Boots Will Take You Anywhere

Our sneakers shouldn’t have to suffer as the weather turns, and thankfully Nike has a solution to that — the Rhyodomo GTX. This sneaker-boot hybrid is covered in GORE-TEX, so whether you’re stepping through the rainy streets or stomping in snow your feet are sure to stay dry.
Nike has made the Rhyodomo GTX from durable leather that’s covered in a surface layer of GORE-TEX, and combines this with thick padded mesh that’s been used on the tongue and collar. Adding to the utilitarian aesthetic is a set of metal buckle eyelets and a heel component that’s ribbed and sculpted, while the sole unit further adds to the chunky go-anywhere look.
A thick black foam midsole is branded with Nike’s moniker and Swoosh, and it also features large indentations on the outsole that have been strategically placed for optimum levels of grip. Black Swoosh logos on the mid-panels, as well as GORE-TEX branding in “Kumquat Yellow” on the lateral side and Nike stamping on the tongue, round out this pair.
