Following past efforts alongside Mackintosh, Kiko Kostadinov has turned his gaze towards another stalwart outerwear label. This time, the creative polymath is linking with C.P. Company for a limited edition jacket — as teased last month — mixing elements of heritage with Kostadinov’s adventurous touch.

Equally inspired by the fishtail parkas and motorcycle jackets worn by British Mods, Kostadinov has realized the Sinesis jacket, a garment laden with hidden details. Executed in bold Signal Green and laden with C.P. Company’s proprietary CO-TED fabric, the Sinesis features an uneven garment dye for a unique finish across its weather-fighting surface, enhancing the military and workwear codes at the heart of Kostadinov’s work.

Additional attention is paid to the seams of Sinesis jacket so as to best flatter and conform to the human body; sleeve articulation, action pleats at the shoulder blades and adjustable velcro sleeve cuffs lend promise a comfortable fit regardless of body type. A removable neck gaiter and oversized hidden pockets reflect the Sinesis’ transformable design, with the latter tucked beneath an outer shell and marked by generous elastic openings. Finally, C.P. Company’s iconic lens detail has been shifted from the sleeve to the left chest.

On November 28, the Sinesis jacket will launch in highly limited numbers on C.P. Company, Kiko Kostadinov and Dover Street Market London’s web stores.

Most recently, Kostadinov issued a chunky archival ASICS remix by way of the GEL-GLIDELYTE III.
