adidasTERREX line is your perfect trail mate, delivering shoes often equipped with a whole host of functionalities and features. For its latest drop, the Three Striped brand introduces the TERREX Skychaser GTX in “Signal Pink/Copper Metallic/Core Black,” fitting it with plenty of terrain-tackling components.

First and foremost, the sneaker gets its GTX naming from the full GORE-TEX lining found on the shoe’s upper. This will provide water resistance when they’re worn in tough weather conditions, while elements such as the speed lacing system will ensure a snug fit to make sure no water comes inside.

Elsewhere, adidas TERREX equips the shoe with a BOOST-cushioned, PROmoderator-supported midsole that’s accompanied by a hardwearing Continental rubber outsole. This trio works harmoniously — the BOOST makes for a soft foot-to-ground response, while the PROmoderator technology makes for a lightweight stability function that aids foot motion, and the outsole should help you withstand any kind of terrain.

The adidas TERREX Skychaser GTX combines elements of the past and the future — its colorway is typical of trail shoes, being bright and unmissable, yet the “Copper Metallic” touches add an air of vintage adidas branding to the aesthetic. The outsole is equally bold, as it is printed in the colors that are found on the upper, while the BOOST has been tinted black for a contemporary edge.

Take a look at the adidas TERREX Skychaser GTX above, and pick up a pair for yourself from stockists such as Slam Jam, where it retails for $186 USD.
