There’s even a “BLAZER” label on the back, just in case you forget what’s on your feet.

Following last month’s announcement of the Nike Air Force 1 “Label Maker” comes another pair in the pack, this time presenting the Blazer Mid ‘77 with a whole host of statement-making features.

First off, the “White/Varsity Royal/Neutral Gray/Fear Purple” pair seems rather subtle and unassuming. However, underneath its white-toned Swooshes is a whole rainbow of color, which when rubbed is revealed. You can decipher which color corresponds to which Swoosh thanks to colored stitching outlining the motifs on either side of the upper and on either side of each shoe, mismatching the whole way through. Furthermore, the left and side feet are mismatched, switching between “White” and “Neutral Gray” colorways on their respective sides.

The colored trims give the shoe a deconstructed aesthetic which is enhanced by the “Label Maker” series tab on the heel, this time around reading “BLAZER.” On the padded leather collar, you’ll find a distressed stamp reading “THE NEW WAY,” while retro Nike branding graces the tongue tab in black and orange.

Rounding out the pair is its white sole unit and the “Neutral Gray” suede panels that have been added to the toe box and sides. Take a look at the Nike Blazer Mid ‘77 “Label Maker” in the gallery above, and pick up a pair for yourself from Nike’s website when they drop later this month. Pricing is set at ¥12,100 JPY (approx. $115 USD).
