KangaROOS Pays Respect To the United Nations With Ultimate "Veteran Desert"
Made in Germany with only the most premium suede and cotton.
Following the release of KangaROOS‘ fire hose and jacket-constructed “Triple Zero” pair comes its latest limited-edition sneaker, the Ultimate Made in Germany “Veteran Desert.”
It takes its name from the “Veteran” sneaker that released last year, and adopts the “Desert” part thanks to its apt colorway which comprises sandy tones and camouflage prints all around.
Furthermore, KangaROOS adds touches of blue — highlighting the medial branding, laces, and helmet logo on the heel — as a nod to the United Nations. This pair is, in short, an ode to the UN and serves as a means for us to understand the importance of its services.
Blue is continued onto the rubber outsole and also appears on the smiley face-wearing lace lock. The DYNACOIL cushioning system-packed midsole appears in cream, while more blue appears inside the shoe where you can also find the recyclable, antibacterial, breathable insole.
