Virgil Abloh Taps Erik Arteaga for Official Off-White™ x Air Jordan 5 "Sail" Campaign

Standing as a revered figure in the eyes of Virgil Abloh, Erik Arteaga, better known as burberry.erry/Bam Margiela on Instagram, was recently tapped for an official Off-White™ x Air Jordan 5 “Sail” campaign.

Coming days ahead of the scheduled release, the promotional video continues Arteaga’s signature series of skating in coveted sneakers. The visual starts off with the skater driving around in a vintage Chevrolet Corvette Stingray sharing his thoughts on wearing sneakers. A compilation of clips showing the Off-White™ x AJ5 “Sail” put to the test ensues, as the shoes are beaten up during a range of tricks. The campaign ends with Arteaga tossing the shoes onto the road while driving off with an Off-White™ logo graphic taking over the screen.
