A Closer Look at A Kind of Guise’s Striking Patron Parka
Arriving in “Arctic White” and “Dark Sapphire”.
Each year a handful of coats stick in the mind of every outerwear aficionado across the globe. Whether it’s a certain silhouette, technical addition or a fresh overall look, a handful of pieces always catch the eye. Now, as we spiral towards the colder months, Munich-based label A Kind of Guise has enrolled its Patron Parka into this year’s list.
First showcased in the brand’s Fall/Winter 2020 lookbook, the Patron Parka is arguably the stand-out garment from the German label’s winter-offering. Oversized and padded — plus a detachable hood — it boasts intricate details all-over, which is protected with a water-repellent coating.
Comprising an adjustable waist and hem, two front pockets and an extra cosy down-like padding crafted from 100-percent recycled post-consumer fabric, the Patron Parka is as comfortable as it is striking.
Hand-crafted in Germany, it arrives in either “Arctic White” or “Dark Sapphire” and retails for €795 (approximately $950 USD) from A Kind of Guise’s webstore.
