Fans of Apex Legends will finally be able to compete in matches alone instead of the game’s three-man squads in an upcoming Solo Mode. In the tweet below, Legends from the game can be seen standing alongside squad mates until those team members slowly begin to play, leaving one character on screen before stating “only one can reign supreme.”

The trailer also states that the mode will only be available for a limited time, which is most likely the duration of the Iron Crown Collection event. However, depending on its popularity, Solos could make a return following the end of the event, similar to the title’s ranked mode during the Bloodhound’s event. Respawn Entertainment added Ranked mode after it debuted in the title’s second season launch, and that could very well happen for Solo Mode during season 3.

Although the trailer doesn’t divulge much in terms of details, many suspect the event will offer a slew of cosmetics.

Take part in Apex Legends‘ Iron Crown Collection event August 13-27.

In other gaming news, Fortnite streamer Ninja made his Mixer debut at 100,000 viewers.
