Data Reveals American Consumers Favor Fast-Food Chicken Over Burger Chains
According to the second annual Market Force study.

Results of the second annual Market Force study have shown that American consumers prefer fast-food chicken restaurants over burger joints this 2019.
Atlanta-based chain Chick-fil-A came out victorious with a 79 percent Composite Loyalty Index, surprisingly trailed by Louisiana’s Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers with a 78 percent rating. Last year’s former champ, the California cult favorite In-N-Out, managed to land a podium finish at number three with a 73 percent rating. Five Guys followed suit with 68 percent before returning to the realm of poultry, as Zaxby’s take the fifth spot with a 60 percent rating. Worldwide fast-food chains such as KFC, McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s all remain at the bottom of the survey.
Although In-N-Out stepped down from the throne in this study, the burger joint’s future remains bright. Its 73 percent Composite Loyalty Index topped the Market Force survey as the overall best fast-food burger chain.
