Off the heels of its debut release last February, Palm Angels’ Recovery Sneakers have returned — reworked in a new lace-up iteration. While its preceding model came decked with two velcro straps, the new silhouette sports round laces, allowing wearers to be a bit more particular with the shoe’s fit.

Featuring a mix of mesh and suede materials, the sneakers see a sleek upper atop a chunky midsole. Two distinctive pull tabs are placed at the heel that are embroidered with “RECOVERY.” Reflective strips line the middle of the tongue, contrasted by leather lace panels. “Palm Angels” is stamped at the side just above a black leather mudguard that wraps around the heel and extends to the forefoot. Other details like the chunky articulated midsole and glossy trim around the heel and toe round up the futuristic footwear piece.

The Palm Angels Recovery Lace-Up Sneakers are currently available at SSENSE.COM in “Black/Black” and “Black/Purple” for $541 USD.

In case you missed it, Diana Taurasi has stepped onto the courts with a new Nike LeBron 16 colorway.
