With a new Saucony collaboration under the brand’s belt, KITH prepares another special release for Summer ‘19. Exclusive to KITH Treats Tokyo, the label is preparing a special selection of goods in time for Japan’s omnipresent Natsu-Matsuri (“Summer Festival”) celebrations.

Each summer, Japanese cities and towns host local festivals to commemorate the warm weather, often accompanied by carnival games, fireworks and plenty of delectable seasonal treats. KITH Treats’ timely offerings include a pair of graphic T-shirts, appropriately printed with pyrotechnics and goldfish, the latter an animal rich with Japanese cultural meaning. The snack selection includes a colorful cookie sandwich, milkshake and ice cream cup dubbed “The Turqouise.” Small popping candy bits (think Pop Rocks) reinforce the firework motif, adding an extra dimension of flavor to the lush edibles.

KITH Treats Tokyo will premiere the special snacks and wearables in-store on July 7.

Recently, KITH revealed plans for a Parisian flagship.
