Copenhagen-based flavor company Empirical Spirits is raising money for the immigrant and refugee charity RAICES with it’s “Fuck Trump and His Stupid Fucking Wall” blend.

The blend is a habanero spirit made from a base of naked and pearled barley, Belgian Saison yeast, and koji. It came from the company’s desire to protest against the immigration policies developed under the current Trump administration. Empirical Spirits will donate a portion of the sales to the non-profit charity RAICES, which promotes justice by providing legal services to immigrants and refugees in Texas.

Empirical Spirits was founded by noma (rated world’s best restaurant five times) alumni Lars Williams and Mark Emil Hermansen in 2017. For this season’s round of premium spirits, the company has made “Charlene McGee,” a smoked juniper spirit inspired by the Scandinavian culinary tradition of smoking and “Fallen Pony,” a sweet botanical spirit made from quince, barley koji, Belgian Saison yeast, and pilsner malt.

The flavor-makers will also release the “Onyx Blend,” a collaboration with Lyaness, a new London cocktail bar from Ryan Chetiyawardana. These three spirits are priced between $70 USD and $85 USD. The three spirits, as well as “Fuck Trump and His Stupid Fucking Wall” — also priced at $85 USD — and a final double fermented clear koji spirit called “Helena” will be available to order online in the US from 10 AM ET.
