Following Nipsey Hussle‘s recent passing, West Coast rapper The Game was seen honoring the late rapper in a studio appearance featuring Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. Ahead of The Game’s Born to Rap album release, the stars were seen on his Instagram Stories gathering in a studio while Nipsey’s lyrics played in the background. The video has since raised speculation around whether Nipsey could be featuring on the upcoming album.

The honoring of Nipsey Hussle comes after the rapper’s murder in Los Angeles. Just two days before, The Game and Nipsey were discussing their upbringings. In an Instagram post, The Game said, “We just talked yesterday & laughed together about how lucky we were to make it out of a city where so many are lost before they can actually achieve anything in life.”

No rumors have been released yet as to when we can expect The Game to drop Born to Rap, however, stay tuned to HYPEBEAST for updates as speculations around features unfold.

In other news, Nipsey Hussle’s “Celebration of Life” memorial service is set to take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles later this week.
