This week’s installment of our product drops series is led by the arrival of Supreme‘s ‘47 Oakland Raiders collaboration, “Classic Ad” Hoodie and the eighth delivery of its Spring/Summer 2019 collection. The notable drops include eight releases comprised mostly of collaborations. Between Supreme’s Week 8 drop and Palace’s Week 9 assortment, this week we have an impressive array of street staples accompanied by some notable accessories.

Standout team-ups include the SS19 release from Kazuki Kuraishi‘s ongoing The North Face Black Series line, Palm AngelsUnder Armour Recovery collection and the Alexander Wang x adidas Originals SS19 collection. But the most coveted collaborations will surely come from mastermind vs A BATHING APE® Spring 2019 release and A$AP Rocky‘s AWGE x NEEDLES SS19 capsule. Moving away from team-ups and rounding up our weekly drops round up, the Nike ACG SS19 collection will also be hitting Nike locations.

Key items this week include Supreme’s Hot Wheels Fleet Flyer and 1992 BMW M3, the Palace’s Inserto Crewneck Sweater, mastermind vs A BATHING APE® Shark Hoodie and AWGE x NEEDLES “Purple/Teal” track pants.

Kazuki Kuraishi x The North Face Black Series Spring/Summer 2019

For Haven‘s minimalistic Spring/Summer 2019 editorial, the Canadian retailer has showcased Kazuki Kuraishi and The North Face Urban Exploration’s Black Series. The 14-piece assortment includes several utilitarian pieces such as the GORE-TEX Light Coat and TNF Mountain Light Jacket. Other technical elements have been infused throughout, including DryVent, FlashDry and Windwall technology. The Pertex Unlimited nylon cuffed cargo pants offer a sporty bottom to round out the looks.

Supreme Spring/Summer 2019 Collection Drop 8

Following last week’s Jean Paul Gaultier release, Supreme is now readying its Week 8 offerings which feature a collaboration with ‘47 and the drop of the “Classic Ad” Hoodie. The ‘47 team up is centered around the Oakland Raiders iconic logo, as it is plastered on Harrington Jackets, Denim Vests, Thermals and Chino Pants. The “Classic Ad” Hoodie is centered around Supreme’s first commercial campaign which spotlights the brand’s ‘96 skate team in a photo take in photographer @shadinyc‘s studio that was located in the basement of the Supreme Lafayette store.

Drop 8’s accompanying range is led by the Ripstop Hooded Pullover, Reaper Rayon Shirt, Highest Standard Athletic Top and Contrast Stitch Crusher. This week’s boldly branded accessory comes in the form of the Hot Wheels Fleet Flyer and 1992 BMW M3 which comes in bright red and decorated with custom license plates and printed logos.

Palm Angels x Under Armour Recovery Collection

Palm Angels and Under Armour have joined forces on a special recovery capsule collection for athletes and entertainers alike. The range encompasses various sporty pieces that have been enhanced with performance technology while employing Palm Angels’ signature streetwear aesthetic. Hoodies, crewneck sweaters, joggers, shorts and T-shirts are included, which have all been stamped with branding from both companies. Black and white is primarily used as base colors, while orange adds select pops.

Utilizing Under Armour technology, each item is constructed with responsive textiles that were developed in partnership with Celliant. The special fabrication takes heat produced by the body and re-emits it back as infrared energy, helping to speed up the recovery time.

mastermind vs A BATHING APE® Spring 2019 Collection

Continuing their collaborative relationship, mastermind JAPAN and BAPE are back for another round of its mastermind vs A BATHING APE® series.

Centered around a mix of dark hue and BAPE’s iconic camo pattern, the capsule is comprised of Shark hoodies, polos, T-shirts, shorts and caps. Co-branding in the form of a skull-and-crossbones logo next to an Ape Head serves as the main design element found throughout the range. Standing out among the offering is the Shark Hoodie, which features a two-piece hood that zips up to reveal a large logo from both parties; the hoods can also be fastened together via buttons to prevent them from getting in your way.

AWGE x NEEDLES Spring/Summer 2019 Capsule

Coming together once again, A$AP Rocky‘s AWGE and NEEDLES are preparing to release another tracksuit capsule.

Leading the limited range is a velour “Purple/Teal” tracksuit which embraces a playful mix of pastel tones. Other pieces found in team include the regal “Purple/Gold” and “Red/Grey” piping tracks done in a shimmering smooth poly and a “Grey/Blue” sweatsuit rework.

Aside from delivering new takes on the popular tracks, the duo also put together an understated Run-up Popover Jacket and matching Side Line Seam Pocket Easy Pants in “Black/Grey.” Just like their first drop, each piece found in the special release is decorated with NEEDLES’ signature butterfly logo and a complementary AWGE detail.

Alexander Wang x adidas Originals Spring/Summer 2019 Collection

Alexander Wang and adidas Originals have launched their collaborative assortment for Season Five, which was inspired by 1980s “club leisure.” The assortment encompasses sportswear suitable for both the club and the gym, including cycling shorts, cropped tees, bodysuits, leggings, gym shorts and track jackets. Continuing the club theme, the range includes nostalgic graphics that reference the rave scene. Pops of color like “Hot Pink,” “Seafoam Green” and “Bright Yellow” add more lively touches to the range.

The duo has also launched four new sneakers with Season Five. A leather-constructed shoe, dubbed the AW Wangbody Run, recalls the 1990s-bred Marathon TR. Meanwhile, the AW Bball Soccer and AW Bball bring in more brightness with colorways such as “Chalk Pearl” and “Clear Pink.”
