Prada‘s sporty Linea Rossa imprint returns for Spring/Summer 2019 with an appropriately progressive campaign. The seasonal goods are highlighted with various snapshots of models in motion, demonstrating the versatility of the function-inspired garments.
Underlining the Italian label’s cutting edge inclinations, the Linea Rossa line looks as fresh now as it did when it debuted in 1997. The sub-label focuses on affordable sportswear that hews more technical than mainline collections, with plenty of lightweight, stretchy and technical textiles appearing throughout the range. Naturally, this includes Prada’s signature breathable nylon, complete with unmistakable rubber tag.
SS19 sees Linea Rossa delivering a variety of cuts to best inhabit a variety of wardrobes, with loose and slim fits offered simultaneously so as to best achieve maximum performance from each garment. Clean lines and neutral tones inform the trim black nylon pants and hooded shirts, which co-mingle with billowing grey ponchos and relaxed shorts. The season’s essential branded bucket hats complete each look, while sporty eyewear and matching bags drive the space-age mentality home.
The new goods will exclusively be available via Prada’s website and physical boutiques.
