As the 2018/19 football season draws to a close, New Balance has unveiled the home kit that will be worn by Liverpool during the 2019/20 season. The new kit takes inspiration from Bob Paisley, one of Liverpool’s most iconic managers who was born 100 years ago.

The jersey, shorts and socks all come in the iconic Liverpool red, with the standout feature for the upcoming season being the addition of white pin stripes. The stripes are a reference to the kits worn in 1982/83, when Paisley was manager. Continuing the tributes to Paisley, the manager’s signature is also featured on the inside of the neck.

For the 2019/20 goalkeeper’s home kit, New Balance has kept it simple. The resulting kit is plain black, offset by the same gold accenting that appears on the outfield option.

The Liverpool 2019/20 home kit is available to preorder from the New Balance web store now, before arriving in all stores on May 9.
