Fashion commentary publication Wallet has released “Shamans of Space,” an issue delivering constructive discussions on the fashion industry. For issue 4, Wallet focuses on the relationship between fashion and space.
Created by Elise By Olsen, “Shamans of Space” includes talks with Grace Wales Bonner, curator Matthew Linde and architect Ippolito Laparellito, exploring the spaces they work within. Wallet’s interviews cover the ins-and-outs of studios and runways, covering everything from installations to the advancements in traditional fashion show presentations.
Wallet is complemented by a 20-page display of runways, exhibitions and studios from the brands and designers including Balenciaga, Yohji Yamamoto, Issey Miyake, Musée Yves Saint Laurent and Rei Kawakubo. Wallet continues to blend its critical analysis of the fashion world while providing an accessible insight to its context.
