K-Pop Boyband BTS Announce New Album 'MAP OF THE SOUL : PERSONA'

K-Pop boyband BTS made waves last year, earning Billboard‘s “Social Award“ after being the most tweeted-about celebrity act. The group was also simultaneously touring in North America for a variety of sold-out shows at some of the world’s biggest arenas. Now the band has readied its next move, announcing the release of a new album titled MAP OF THE SOUL : PERSONA.

Releasing via Big Hit Entertainment, the new album is set to drop on April 12, with the company opening up preorders for the project this week on March 13. Little to no details have been shared regarding the album, with frontman Rap Monsta remaining quiet in interviews as to what the album explores. The group also announced a few weeks back of an upcoming world tour that will see shows across North America, South America, and Europe.
