adidas Launches Phoenix-Tinged Arsenal Kit for Chinese New Year

Having revealed a dragon-emblazoned Manchester United Chinese New Year kit just yesterday, adidas has now unveiled Arsenal‘s festive offering.
The Gunners’ four-piece special edition apparel line includes a track jacket and matching pants, a crewneck, and finally a T-shirt all embellished with a golden Phoenix throughout. The standout item of the range is the track jacket, which features adidas‘ Three Stripes branding on the right chest, Arsenal‘s celebrated club badge on the left, and two golden embroidered Phoenix’s on both the left and right sleeves. Additionally, the piece was fashioned out of recycled polyester, therefore saving resources and avoiding waste. On the other-hand, the pants features subtle Chinese detailing and the club crest as well.
With a huge fanbase situated in China, it’s no wonder the Three Stripes has created this special capsule to celebrate CNY. Chinese New Year festivities kick off on January 25. Check out the the items above showcased by first-team stars Mesut Özil, Mattéo Guendouzi, David Luiz and Joe Willock.
