adidas has unveiled its ZX 4000 4D “I Want I Can” in an all-new “Core Black/Hi-Res Yellow/Bright Cyan” iteration, following on from last month’s grey version.

The “I Want I Can” slogan is taken from a 1980s adidas ZX footwear series’ Torsion System campaign, and was more recently used for the ZX Flux in 2015. Much like its previous offering, this ZX 4000 4D wears a block color of “Core Black” on its Primeknit upper, and is adorned with orange and “Bright Cyan” embroidered lettering along its entire mid-panel and vamp.

adidas has overlaid the Primeknit upper with black suede panels on the foot, rear-quarter and heel, with the latter sporting a thick “Hi-Res Yellow” stitch. Final finishing touches include ZX 4000 4D branding etched into the medial rear-quarter support, grey embroidery on the black suede eyestay, tonal laces, blue and orange segments on the outsole and, naturally, the shoe’s now-iconic light, oxygen and liquid resin energy-returning 4D sole unit.

Take a look at the adidas ZX 4000 4D “I Want I Can” in “Core Black/Hi-Res Yellow/Bright Cyan” in the gallery above, and pick up a pair from adidas online and select stockists on October 29 for £229.95 GBP (approx. $297 USD).

In other news, adidas Consortium is bringing back the Nite Jogger OG 3M.
