To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Nike ACG put together a Spring 2019 collection inspired by the inaugural All Conditions Gear range it released in 1989. Serving as a look back at the aesthetic and technical innovation of the Nike Sportswear division, the new range of retro gear is built to take on sunlight, rain, and everything in between.

The most striking part of the range is undeniably the choice usage of retro prints. Digging into Nike’s Art Department, the ’90s style prints feature manipulated petroglyph art, rock formations, plants and more. ACG brought back its three-step layering system, which utilizes moisture-wicking Dri-FIT wool base layers, fleece insulation, and GORE-TEX® fabrics — all to combat the elements. Additionally, Nike ACG is also introducing women’s styles, comprised of base layers and pants specifically designed for function, fit and feel.

Standout pieces include an oversized GORE-TEX® jacket (complete with interior carrying straps), a Storm Guard women’s anorak, and an ultra-soft fleece insulation jacket that’s decorated with a throwback print patch.

Check out the lookbook above and expect Nike ACG’s Spring 2019 collection to release on nike.com and at select retailers in Europe January 21, and on February 24 in Asia and North America.

In case you missed it, Jerry Lorenzo was recently spotted wearing the rumored Nike Air Fear of God Moccasin at Paris Fashion Week.
