Sneaker customizers The Flying Hawk Studio have joined forces with Simple Union to remaster PUMA’s classic Suede with a host of painstaking details. Japanese gardens inspire the “Ukiyo-E Series II,” with the side stripes boasting woodblock print-inspired clouds and wooden bridges, all rendered with rich color. Each pair is unique, with art applied to each model by hand, resulting in subtle differences between the sneakers. To make the shoe slightly more low-key, the illustration-rich false tongue can be removed at the wearer’s bequest.

You can pre-order your own pair of handmade “Ukiyo-E Series II” Suedes on Simple Union’s site until January 8.
