Sam Friedman's Surreal Paintings Invade Over The Influence Hong Kong
An exhibition of new works entitled “Flesh of the Gods.”

New York-based artist Sam Friedman recently launched his first solo exhibition in Hong Kong entitled “Flesh of the Gods.” Located inside Over The Influence’s Hong Kong gallery space, the showcase features new paintings all executed freehand without the use of masking, projecting, or sketching. Surreal visuals teetering on the border between abstraction and representation are observed across the momentous body of works. Altogether, Friedman continues to explore themes of memory, eternity, and escapism.

Elsewhere in art, renowned tattoo artist Jun Cha is set to release limited edition CAPO marble skull sculptures.
