The HFR x Nike LeBron 16 Is Fit for a Queen
Harlem Fashion Row aka HFR sheds light on women positively impacting the community.

In late August, fans received a look at LeBron James sporting his upcoming signature sneaker with Nike. Now, we have a closer look at the forthcoming silhouette dubbed the Nike LeBron 16. As seen in the photo set above the model’s debut is in collaboration with Harlem Fashion Row, an NYC-based group that sheds lights on multicultural designers – especially women – impacting the community in a positive manner.
During the design process, Lebron and Nike requested that HFR take the shoe’s original concept to new heights which resulted in Kimberly Goldson, Felisha Noel and Undra Celeste Duncan joining forces on the elaborate design. The collaborative pair has been embellished with gold accents on the eyelets along with a gold buckle around the ankle. Finally, James’ “23” Lakers number and “LJ” crown motif can be found debossed on the tongue, while a 3D lion’s head is featured on the heel.
The Harlem’s Fashion Row x Nike LeBron 16 made its debut on September 4 at Harlem’s Fashion Row style Awards and Fashion show and will be available in women’s sizing on September 7 for $250 USD exclusively on Nike SNKRS in North America and Nike.com.
