How to Dress Well Announces New Album 'The Anteroom' & Drops "Nonkilling 6 | Hunger"
The follow-up to 2016’s ‘Care.’
How to Dress Well has revealed plans for his fifth studio album.
Titled The Anteroom, How to Dress Well’s next LP will serve as the follow-up to 2016’s Care album. The project is scheduled to arrive on October 19, and will see release through Domino Records. Joel Ford stepped in to co-produce The Anteroom, while poet Ocean Vuong shows up for a feature on album cut “Brutal | False Skull 5.” To introduce the effort, How to Dress Well has shared its lead single and our first taste of the project’s sound, “Nonkilling 6 | Hunger.” The aforementioned record comes to us courtesy of its official music video, which is a visual collaboration between How to Dress Well and artist Justin Daashuur Hopkins.
For those curious about what an “anteroom” is, How to Dress Well architect describes it as “a passage into a void of pain in which no human scream can be heard, that will decompose your body in an instant … It can be a great place that allows us to connect to the unknown safely. Or it can be the actual worst.”

Back in March of last year, How to Dress Well teamed up with Jacques Green for “True.”
