Chief Keef Enlists Zaytoven, Fredo Santana, 808 Mafia & More for 'The W'
A new mixtape for your weekend.
Chief Keef finished out last week by revealing plans for his Fredo Santana-starring Turbo Bandana project, which is set to hit the internet on October 13. This time around, the Chicago star is closing out the week by dropping a new body of work.
Comprised of ten new tracks, Chief Keef’s latest mixtape, The W, serves as the follow-up to June’s Thot Breaker release and is built upon beats by Zaytoven, 808 Mafia, CBMix and Hollywood J. Regarding guest appearances, Fredo Santana, Ballout, Lil Bibby, Tray Savage and Doo Wop all show up to flex their flows. Considering the Friday night timing of The W‘s release date, Keef might have just gifted his fans their ideal turn-up soundtrack for the weekend.
You can stream Chief Keef’s new The W mixtape above, and stay tuned for more from the California-based rapper.
Besides the aforementioned joint project with Fredo Santana, Keef also has two more full-length releases on the way — The Cozart and The Dedication. As Apple Music revealed earlier this month, an official Chief Keef documentary is also scheduled to arrive sometime this December.
